01. Usage Policy

What you can and cannot do on our $1 nodes.

Strictly Prohibited:

Bulk Email Marketing (Spamming) is an instant permanent ban.
Crypto-mining on Shared or VPS CPUs.
Hosting illegal content (DMCA-violating material, malware, or phishing).
Resource Abuse: "Unmetered" does not mean "Infinite." Processes using 100% CPU for extended periods will be throttled to protect other $1 neighbors.

02. Refund Policy

Transparency on payments and cancellations.

We offer a 48-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee.

• If the service is technically non-functional, we refund 100% within 48 hours.
• No refunds are provided for accounts banned due to TOS violations (Spam/Malware).
• Domain registrations and Windows Licenses are non-refundable as they are external costs.
• After 48 hours, all sales are final due to the low-margin nature of $1 hosting.

03. Service Level

Our promise to you.

We aim for 99.9% Uptime. While we utilize enterprise NVMe clusters, we are not liable for data loss. Users are responsible for their own backups.

Pro-Tip: Use our "Snapshots" feature on VPS or cPanel Backups for shared hosting.
